Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability across all segments of the business. Lead and manage commercial teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a culture of high performance. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and enhance the overall brand presence. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and positioning. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting of commercial activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies. Present insights, updates, and recommendations to the executive team to inform business strategy. Qualifications

A minimum of 20+ years of experience in commercial management, with a strong focus in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors. Demonstrable success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies. Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing diverse teams. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities. Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the entertainment industry. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial and market data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
