Job Accountability & Activities : Develop and maintain the document system that controls the organization's quality standards, including amending, reviewing, and issuing. Ensure all personnel are adequately trained on procedures affecting their job function and aware of their role within the QA system. Coordinate and execute internal Quality Audits at least twice a year to ensure correct implementation of the Quality Assurance System. Maintain contract with the official certification organization and manage inspection and calibration records. Identify and eliminate non-conformances within the quality system, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Identify and implement training for personnel on quality assurance needs, especially for system changes. Register and follow up on customer, internal, and supplier complaints. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical submittals, and marketing materials. Update catalog and maintain technical standards and specifications. Coordinate internal sales activities, including follow-up on quotations and customer technical support. Prepare and control the company's QA manual and all quality documentation. Perform internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management. Verify customer quality requirements documentation submittals. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements. Coordinate quality-related correspondence with customers. Review and amend the QMS to suit changing business trends and organizational structure. Handle customer third-party audits and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions. Manage the calibration and maintenance of measuring / testing equipment. Review the correctness of job-specific quality records prior to issuance to clients. Ensure consistent conformity of products / services to meet customer satisfaction. Experience / Education & Certification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Polymer engineering. ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification.
