Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures. Comply with the MOHG Code of Conduct and general law. Support all learning and development activities. Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality. Use hotel networks and computers responsibly. Adhere to Safe, Sound, and Sustainable policies. Ensure compliance with the MOHG Social Media Policy. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and discrimination. Carry out additional duties as requested by management. Departmental Responsibilities
Greet, check-in, and escort guests to their rooms. Address special guest preferences. Provide quality service to guests. Arrange fulfilment of guest services. Establish a good working knowledge of hotel outlets and products. Resolve guest complaints. Maintain Butler pantries. Deliver MOwow experiences during guest stays. Ensure customer satisfaction. Sustainable Responsibilities
Implement eco-friendly practices. Educate guests and colleagues on sustainable initiatives. Minimize the hotel's environmental footprint. Support sustainability initiatives.
