Job Purpose

Oversee the maintenance and operational aspects of facilities while managing and coordinating various projects related to facility improvements, renovations, and upgrades. Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Accountability Areas

• Facilities Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance program. Ensure routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities are conducted to uphold the condition of the facilities.
• Project Planning and Coordination : Plan and coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and projects. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in facility operations and project execution.
• Vendor Management : Select, contract, and manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and project-related services.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Asset Management : Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and equipment. Develop and implement strategies for optimal asset utilization and replacement.
• Space Planning : Plan and optimize space utilization within facilities.

Role Accountability

Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.

Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.

Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.

Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
