Responsibilities At a high level, you’ll focus on comprehensive process and workflow optimization. Your day‑to‑day duties include managing an outbound parcel delivery operation, overseeing performance, and conducting weekly, monthly and annual examinations to ensure optimum productivity. You will drive team efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service, coordinate staffing plans and schedules, and partner on cross‑functional process improvement initiatives. You will also sustain a strong culture of health and safety best practices and contribute to the Amazon Business Plan.
Basic Qualifications
1+ year of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge / FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
