Full‑time – Regular Full‑Time Key Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and service excellence for CAS, ensuring high quality service delivery and end‑to‑end customer lifecycle support. Act as a CAS subject matter expert to optimally configure, monitor, and support customer deployments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, adoption of new features, and CAS upsell. Serve as the central point of communication across on‑prem and cloud teams, orchestrating end‑to‑end engagement and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Manage budgets, service quality metrics, and growth initiatives across the CAS engagement portfolio. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in customer account services, relationship management, or a similar role. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g., S / 4 HANA FI, MM, SuccessFactors, BTP). 3+ years of global team leadership and proven project management experience. Excellent documentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving capabilities in complex environments and a customer‑orientation focus. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Where You Belong
