Oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of precast concrete elements. Ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and safety protocols are met while coordinating with teams to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of precast elements. Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively to meet targets.
• Process Optimization : Implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste. Use advanced technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Provide guidance on machinery, processes, and materials.
• Resource Management : Oversee procurement and management of materials to meet specifications. Ensure regular maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance. Prepare and present reports on production status, issues, and improvements.
• Project Support : Integrate new projects into the schedule and meet specific requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and quality.
• Cost Management : Monitor and minimize production costs while maintaining quality. Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient management and improvements.
