Job description

Job Purpose :

Leads and supports production operations to optimize plant performance, ensure quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across ready‑mix, asphalt, and aggregate plants.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to meet operational targets.
Provide technical guidance and support to production teams.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Prepare technical reports and performance summaries for management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.

8–12 years of experience in production operations within ready‑mix, asphalt, or aggregate plants, including supervisory or lead roles.

Strong knowledge of production processes, plant equipment, and operational standards.
