Senior IT Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

Information Technology (IT) Architecture guidance

to ensure alignment and scalability, and guarantee conformance with organizational and strategic objectives.

Design and review architectural blueprints to support digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and maintain the technology architecture.

Independently design the target state for the technology architecture, including the business, service, persona, and journey architectures.

Ensure the technology architecture aligns with the organization's strategic trends and technology requirements.

Develop and implement the integrated roadmap for the technology operating model.

Governance and Compliance :

Establish and maintain an architecture governance framework to ensure alignment with business goals and strategy.

Oversee the development and implementation of Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs) to track and improve performance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide architectural guidance and support.

Facilitate communication and cooperation between different units to deliver value through technology.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

Drive technological innovation to enhance the quality, agility, and cost-effectiveness of digital and technology services.

Continuously assess and improve the technology operating model to meet evolving business needs.

Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in technology architecture and integrate them into the organization's strategy.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
