Electrical Manager to oversee the installation of a 380 KV Gas Insulated Substation (GIS). He / She shall have extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the substation Site, during installation and commissioning.
• Technical Oversight : Supervise the installation of electrical equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and control systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry / Client standards.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality and reliability of installations. Address any issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce strict Linxon and Client safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment. Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Coordination : Collaborate with design engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of installation activities, test results, and project progress. Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Training and Supervision : Provide guidance and training to installation teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks efficiently and safely.
• Commissioning : Oversee the commissioning process, including testing and validation of all systems to ensure they are fully operational and meet performance criteria.
