Co-Marketing Manager at Tabby | تابي – Location : KSA. Reporting To : Nour Abdelsattar. Description : Tabby is looking for a Comarketing Manager to lead strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value merchants and digital agencies. This role blends campaign strategy, partner development, and cross-functional collaboration — all designed to drive measurable outcomes across owned and paid channels. You’ll be responsible for co-marketing plans across your portfolio, supporting acquisition, retention, and upsell. You’ll also grow Tabby’s agency relationships, helping agencies unlock new performance opportunities and build long-term, scalable partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead comarketing strategy for your portfolio of merchants and media agencies
- Manage end-to-end partner communication — from planning and launch to reporting and performance reviews
- Build long-term agency relationships that support scalable, high-performing campaign execution
- Support onboarding and enablement of new agency partners to integrate with Tabby Ads
- Monitor campaign and pipeline health using internal dashboards and tools
- Analyze performance and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to improve ROAS and increase investment
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Tabby Ads surfaces
- Ensure seamless campaign delivery across app, push, email, and WhatsApp in collaboration with internal teams
- Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Brand Studio teams to align on campaign goals and execution
- Share partner feedback and insights to improve internal workflows and influence product development
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, agency partnerships, or ad salesFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Proven ability to manage advertisers or agencies, deliver performance outcomes, and drive commercial growthStrong understanding of performance marketing and digital campaign strategyExcellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable using dashboards, attribution tools, and performance data to guide decisionsExperience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, or Google AdsExposure to affiliate, retail media, or performance-led fintech campaignsFamiliarity with the MENA agency ecosystem#J-18808-Ljbffr
