Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Lead and optimize Testing & Commissioning (T&C) processes, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.
• Apply advanced process engineering principles to design, installation, and commissioning of plant systems, with a focus on water treatment technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to T&C engineers and technicians, offering expert guidance on complex process systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive T&C strategies, including test plans, execution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project management on resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management for T&C activities.
• Spearhead root cause analysis for commissioning issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in T&C methodologies and best practices, focusing on enhancing efficiency and quality.
• Ensure Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact, including innovative approaches to chemical and waste management.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for critical T&C issues, developing solutions to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering

Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in the same field
