Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing, partnerships, and strategic deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
- Manage the department’s budget and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain.
- Use customer insights to enhance experience and drive product positioning.
- Provide regular reports to executive management on commercial performance.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).10+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in hypermarkets or electronics retail.Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.Solid financial and analytical skills.Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
