What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Senior Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions to lead high‑impact M&A strategies for a growing organization in Jeddah. This role will drive end-to-end deal execution, from opportunity sourcing and valuation to negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning.

You will work closely with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities, evaluate financial and strategic fit, and support the organization’s long-term growth through smart, data‑driven decisions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate finance, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions under tight timelines.

Your ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations will be central to guiding the company’s investment agenda.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 8 to 12 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategy
• Proven track record in executing mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale investments
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence expertise
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
