Job Description

Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visualizations for urban planning, real estate, and facility management projects. Design professional proposals, presentations, and reports that clearly communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with planners, consultants, and project managers to translate concepts into effective visual formats. Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all materials. Support marketing and business development efforts through visually impactful bid and tender submissions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in architecture, urban planning, or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with mapping tools or CAD software is a plus. Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work. Leverage AI graphic design tools and image generators for the above.
