What You Will Be Doing : Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector departments within the Saudi government, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation. Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security. Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers. Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth. Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts. What You Bring With You : A track record of overachievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into Public Sector accounts within Saudi government. Deep domain knowledge of the challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region. Experience selling into Public Sector within Saudi Arabia. Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach. Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution. The willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia once we have opened our office in Riyadh, scheduled for later this year. Bonus Points Experience in selling within an Open Source model.
