Laboratory Specialist

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform authorized laboratory tests in accordance with approved protocols and procedures
• Handle, process, and analyze clinical specimens with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality control standards
• Document and report laboratory results promptly and accurately
• Follow laboratory biosafety and infection‑control protocols at all times
• Participate in troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and equipment maintenance tasks
• Support onboarding and training of junior laboratory personnel
• Contribute to continuous improvement and accreditation standards
• Perform any additional duties assigned by laboratory management
