What You Will Do
- Involvement with day-to-day operations of the Logistics Support Plan.
- Shipping and receiving inventory.
- Control of spares and tools.
- Maintaining calibration on test equipment.
- Handling hazardous material.
- Local procurement of consumables.
- Stocking assets with attention to package and handling instructions.
- Issuing parts to job orders through ALCS and preparing them for delivery.
- Packing and shipping material through commercial carriers and utilizing DD1149 produced by ALCS.
- Oversight of processing maintenance functions and configuration management utilizing ALCS associated with THAAD Radar System.
- Maintaining receipts of local purchase and filing expense reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.Experience with logistics or system maintenance support of technical hardware and / or software in a military or civilian environment.Experience with an Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) or similar application for supply and maintenance tracking.Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.U.S. citizenship required.Qualifications We Prefer
Additional years of experience considered in lieu of a degree.Experience or knowledge with Maximo Asset Management.Comprehension of logistics standards and functions utilized to support THAAD and other military systems.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Team Foundation, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, organizational and investigative skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
