Project Manager . The

Project Manager

will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from ideation to completion, ensuring it stays within scope, time, and budget. They will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating resources and managing risks to keep projects on track. Requirements :

Project requirement gathering and scoping the project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders. Conducting the technical feasibility for the project and facilitating the financial feasibility. Defining project tasks and resource requirements. Developing, maintaining, and abiding by the project plans and timelines. Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively. Preparing and managing the project budget. Managing project procurement. Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with electro-mechanical disciplines, scheduling, and construction quality control aspects. Managing project resource allocation. Monitoring and reporting project progress on a timely basis. Defining the project risk register and managing it throughout the project lifecycle. Managing changes within the project through effective change management. Supporting external projects within the domain of expertise. Supporting the competency development of the team. Complying with health, safety, and environment regulations and working practices of the company. Executing management directives as required. Reporting functionally to : Executive Manager - Building Maintenance & Development. Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. PMP Certification is required; membership of KSE is a plus. At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record managing major Greenfield or Brownfield projects internationally. Solid experience in FMCG industrial projects as a Project Manager. Experience in engineering consulting offices or general contracting companies. Good experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with electro-mechanical disciplines, scheduling, and construction quality control. Ability to manage a multi-project portfolio with project portfolio management skills. Experience handling projects of at least 100 million USD; experience in KSA is an advantage. Familiarity with KSA governmental rules and regulations. Experience in dairy projects is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD. Fluent in English and Arabic.
