Overview

ELITE is hiring for our projects in KSA for the position of Projects Manager. Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope : Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and feasibility studies. Design & Compliance : Collaborate with architects / engineers to integrate waste systems. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and obtain permits. Procurement & Implementation : Oversee procurement, production, and installation of components. Manage construction teams and subcontractors during implementation. Monitoring & Reporting : Track progress, budgets, quality, and risks; implement corrective actions. Prepare and present reports, inspections, and documentation. Sustainability & Innovation : Implement recycling systems and propose sustainable solutions. Promote energy recovery and advanced waste practices. Leadership & Communication : Lead project teams and mentor engineers. Act as main contact for clients, agencies, and export coordination. Handover & Finalization : Maintain documentation and oversee final project delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience. Strong knowledge of waste management systems, HVAC projects, or in escalators & elevators. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in KSA and / or Egypt. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and office software. Work Conditions

From 9 AM till 5 PM Work Location : Saudi Arabia (KSA) 1 day off per week (Friday)
