Your mission

As HSE Engineer in our Thermal Generation department, you will play a key role in ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and security standards are implemented and maintained at all stages of large Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and Thermal Power Plant projects. You will be part of the Owner\'s Engineer (OE) team supervising the EPC Contractor\'s work, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations, and fostering a culture of safety on site. Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the EPC Contractor\'s implementation of HSE procedures on site. Review HSE statistics, weekly and monthly HSE reports submitted by the Contractor. Identify and address any non-compliance or unsafe acts, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards. Promote safe working practices and provide guidance to project staff on HSE issues. Coordinate with the Client\'s HSE Manager, OE Project Site Manager, and Tractebel Head Office HSE leadership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international safety and environmental regulations. Utilize MS Office and MIS tools for documentation, reporting, and monitoring. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers). NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification in health and safety. Minimum 10 years\' construction HSE management experience on large-scale projects, including experience in Combined Cycle / Thermal Power Projects as Safety Officer. Maximum age : 40 years. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Skilled in HSE planning, monitoring, and reporting. Familiar with Saudi Arabian and international HSE codes, standards, and best practices. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MIS systems. Soft Skills

Proactive and hands-on approach to safety management. Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving abilities. Who We Are
