The companies main office operates from Dubai, UAE, servicing clients across Gulf. This position will be based in Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. In the UAE they maintain over one million m2 grass per day and in KSA approx. 100,000m2 mostly in stadiums.

Job description : Regional Turf Manager

SIS Middle East is growing at a brisk pace, including recently opening its office in Saudi Arabia, and the Regional Turf manager will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our pitch maintenance throughout KSA.

Functional responsibilities will be monthly fertilizer, chemical and cultural operations. Daily / weekly equipment scheduling on various sites and coordinating with the workshop for equipment maintenance scheduling.

Financial responsibilities include preparing budgets for the turf maintenance and ensuring budgets are met and costs controlled.

Client responsibilities will be coordinating planned maintenance programs with various clients and meeting their expectations for a perfect pitch.

Meeting potential new clients and providing strategic growth plans of the turf maintenance department in collaboration with the Managing Director.

People development to provide leadership and direction to SIS Pitches Turf Manager and supervisors. To guide and motivate Turf Managers, site supervisors and site staff and enhance their performance.

Reporting directly to the SIS Pitches Managing Director, the Regional Turf Manager will work hand in hand with the Turf managers and senior maintenance supervisors to ensure the quality controls are followed to provide the best possibly playing surfaces within the budgets provided.
