You’ll keep a single source of truth across submittals, drawings, BOQs, POs / LPOs, production BOMs, and site installation, ensuring every approved item is correct, on time, and fully traceable. - Build complete MTS packages from specs / drawings / schedules; verify performance, fire / life-safety, and finish criteria; map items to zones / finishes codes.
- Coordinate with Technical / Engineering (details / RFIs), Procurement (vendors, PO / LPO need dates), Planning (look-ahead), and suppliers (samples / test data).
- Submit via Aconex with correct versions / distribution matrices; track review cycles and close approvals by need dates; manage RFI log and re-submittals.
- Plan and present material boards / sample kits; control dispatch / receipt logs; archive stamps / signatures; document mock-up decisions and propagate changes.
- Run compatibility checks (substrates, adhesives / fasteners, wet areas, fire ratings, UV stability); enforce version control to eliminate mismatches across documents.
- Maintain centralized library of TDS / MSDS, test reports, certifications, warranties, and approved colorways; link entries to MTS, boards, mock-ups, and RFIs.
- Align approved MTS with PR / PO / LPO details; support alternates / substitutions with comparative technical evaluations.
- Support site with approved finishes schedules, care / handling sheets, and touch-up kits; assist MIRs / WIRs and close comments.
- Keep live registers (MTS, samples / boards, approvals, finishes-by-zone, substitutions / variations, RFIs); publish weekly snapshots to stakeholders.
- Lead weekly approvals huddles; report status / risks in project meetings.
