Overview
The Patient Experience Consultant is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategies to enhance the overall patient experience. This strategic role involves developing and implementing cross-functional initiatives that drive patient satisfaction and engagement at high levels of complexity. The director will work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to establish innovative processes and standards that align with the organization's mission and values.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Certifications Required
SCFHS Patient Experience Certification
Years of Experience
Minimum 20 years of experience in a healthcare or related field is required.
