Implement resource loading techniques in Primavera P6 to allocate manpower, equipment, and materials according to project requirements and constraints.

Utilize Primavera P6's costing features to estimate project costs, track expenditures, and analyze project budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and performance against the planned schedule, resource utilization, and budget, and identify deviations or risks that may impact project delivery.
