Overview

Develop and manage the master project schedule in alignment with project scope and project execution plan for capital projects. Responsibilities

Manage the planning and scheduling parts of assigned projects; provide support during project evaluation and reviews. Monitor project progress in each project phase, perform analysis for resource loading and performance progress and prepare schedule performance measurement reports, forecasts and studies on a regular basis. Utilize planning and scheduling experience and available tools (Primavera experience required; Ms-Project) to develop, monitor and analyze project schedules for all project phases and advise Project leaders on findings. Provide project management consultation and schedule risk factors affecting the timely completion of projects. Ensure proper Progress Management Practices are implemented to ensure accurate progress reporting and forecasting. Represent Sadara’s interest in discussions with third party contractors, vendors, manufacturers with regard to project schedules and progress measurement and reporting. Analyze project schedule, in-house or contracted, to determine schedule risks and make recommendations for mitigation. Contribute to the development of project contract and strategies, cost estimation and bid evaluation and analysis of change orders of capital projects as required. Report target and actual schedule completion data to relevant management and benchmarking services, to help improve site project schedule performance. Qualifications

Education : Essential : Bachelor degree of Science in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering degree.
