To organize and monitor the movement of company vehicles, ensuring efficient usage according to operational plans while adhering to company policies and regulations related to vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver task assignments. Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate vehicles based on the needs of various departments. Schedule vehicle and driver movements to ensure availability at the right time and place. Monitor vehicle usage and accurately record mileage and trip details. Issue movement orders and ensure proper execution and return of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are in good working condition and coordinate with the maintenance department. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, maintenance, fuel consumption, and operating costs. Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, operational issues, and suggest improvements. Enforce company policies and procedures related to vehicle usage. Coordinate with insurance and maintenance companies to follow up on accidents and violations, if any. Monitor and renew vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection on time. Train drivers on company policies and safety procedures for vehicle use and emergency handling. Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or vehicle management. Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel and Fleet Management Systems (FMS or GPS-based systems). Good knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety. Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems and make decisions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Additional information
