Job description

We are a hiring on behalf of our client for a Manager Community & Partnerships role based in Riyadh . This role is ideal for a driven professional who can build strong community relationships, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance member engagement through impactful programs and events.

Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for driving community engagement, managing partnerships, and delivering exceptional member experiences. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, business development acumen, and the ability to execute events and initiatives that strengthen client and stakeholder networks.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Member Experience

Develop and execute strategies to build an engaged and active member community.

Foster relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.

Deliver high-quality programs, workshops, and networking activities to create value for members.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

Identify, secure, and manage partnerships that align with organizational goals.

Develop business opportunities by engaging with corporates, industry associations, and government bodies.

Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual value delivery.

Explore new channels to increase brand presence and partnership opportunities.

Event Execution & Programming

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and community programs.

Ensure seamless event delivery, from planning to logistics and post-event evaluation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful programming.

Reporting & Content

Prepare regular reports on community engagement, partnership performance, and event outcomes.

Support content creation for marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives.

Community Engagement

Growth in member participation and satisfaction.

Increased retention and engagement metrics.

Positive member feedback and testimonials.

Partnership Activation

Number and quality of partnerships secured.

Value generated from partnership collaborations.

Achievement of business development and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or business development.

Proven track record in event execution and stakeholder management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
