Major Tasks

Role & Responsibilities

Operational Oversight :

• Lead the operational planning and execution of the cultural assets’ development projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and key milestones are met.
• Oversee all aspects of infrastructure development, including construction, design, and technology implementation, working closely with architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop and implement operational workflows to integrate the museums and library functions during the development phase, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision of the institutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including curators, librarians, archivists, digitization specialists, and administrative staff.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
