End User Support
Able to work in multiple shifts Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. Diagnosing hardware and software problems On-call / On-Site when needed. Training staff
Routine Maintenance
Installing / configuring new IT Equipment's. Repairing / upgrading IT Equipment's. Troubleshooting IT Equipment / Services Maintaining inventory of IT assets. Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems. Replacing / Upgrading parts as required
Infrastructure Support
Active / Passive Cabling Routing IT / Data-center Hardware installations and maintenance Researching, learning and evaluating new software Documenting systems.
