Role Overview

As an Associate Business Manager , you will drive partner ecosystem growth and customer success by enabling, mentoring, and collaborating with high-potential partners. You will play a key role in shaping SME adoption of technology and delivering delightful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit & build strong partner networks.
• Support partners in short- & long-term business planning.
• Ensure customer delight through partner-driven consultative selling.
• Drive lead generation activities / events with partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking.
• Share market insights & competitor intelligence with internal teams.
• Act as a Voice of Customer (VoC) for product & marketing teams.
