The role will be responsible for overseeing the imprinting process, ensuring proper bonding, care, and training of falcons while managing a small team of breeding assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the imprinting process for falcons to ensure optimal behavior and performance.
• Develop structured feeding, care, and training routines for imprinted falcons.
• Supervise breeding assistants in daily tasks related to falcon imprinting.
• Monitor falcon health and welfare, coordinating with veterinarians when needed.
• Maintain accurate imprinting and progress records for reporting to management.
