Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities in the events and marketing sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Lead the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met and exceed expectations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the events or marketing agency industries.

Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.

Strong understanding of the events industry, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and social celebrations.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its business culture.

Preferred working Experience in Riyadh ortheKSAmarket.
