Junior Account Executive – KSA
About the Role : We are looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in Riyadh and support new business development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for someone at the early stages of their sales career with experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), or enterprise SaaS. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to build relationships with customers, handle inbound interest, and help organizations advance their digital transformation agendas in line with Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the Saudi market
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and initial customer meetings to understand business pain points
- Support the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through proposal development
- Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and follow up on lead activity
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records and contribute to sales forecasting
- Build strong product expertise to effectively position and sell our BPM and EAM solutions
