About the Company : The MEMF Co. is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers). Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels (job portals, agencies, universities, etc.). Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right talent fit. Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation. Support mass hiring campaigns and Saudization initiatives. Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and local hiring practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS / HRMS). Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines efficiently.
