Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary CMO / Head of Marketing with proven leadership in marketing agencies and deep experience in marketing research, strategy development, and marketing intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, and electronics, and will lead the marketing function to drive business growth, market share, and brand visibility. Fluency in English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct and supervise market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead the creation of data-driven marketing plans and positioning strategies for different products and segments.
- Translate insights into actionable campaigns and messaging.
- Build and manage marketing intelligence systems to track KPIs, market performance, and customer insights.
- Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to inform strategic decisions using real-time data.
- Monitor industry trends in software, hardware, and electronics markets globally and regionally.
- Oversee the execution of 360‑degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
- Lead branding, messaging, and creative direction in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and geographies.
- Lead and grow a high‑performing in‑house marketing team.
- Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance.
- Foster a results‑driven, innovative, and collaborative marketing culture.
- Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to support launches and growth initiatives.
- Act as the key marketing voice in executive decision‑making.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with leadership roles in marketing agencies.Strong background in marketing research, intelligence, and strategic planning.Solid understanding of IT / software / hardware / electronics industries.Experience with B2B and / or B2C marketing.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).Seniority level
