Responsibilities : Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and target audience. Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning. Manage the company’s online presence including website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in any related field. 8+ years of experience in a marketing role (Preferably in the Retail field) Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and client acquisition. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads). Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
