Warehouse Technician (Forklift Operator)

Overview

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for preparing and delivering the required parts to assembly line as per parts check list / packing list in accordance with daily production schedule and cycle time in a safe and efficient manner. Education

Technical / vocational training / diploma course or equivalent Work Experience

0-2 years Knowledge and Skills

Ability to read and understand packing lists Ability to read and understand equipment check sheets A sound technical mindset Good communication skills Flexibility / adaptability at work Physical Requirements

Should be able to lift weights up to 20 kg Should be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects Should be able to work in bend / standing position for prolonged time Roles, responsibilities, and authorities

Prepares and delivers parts in allotted stages in the Warehouse area. Unpacks and sorts cases of parts. Arranges parts according to the kitting list. Delivers parts to the assembly line. Performs 3S before and after operations. Devans cases. Operates forklift. Operates hoist. Drives Tow Truck. Fills out check sheets.
