Business Development Executive
to join our team. Your role will be to
generate new leads and close sales , introducing PIXEL’s solutions to a wide range of industries and clients. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new leads across diverse sectors. Pitch PIXEL’s NFC and digital solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and decision-makers. Close sales and ensure client satisfaction for repeat opportunities. Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based : Earn
30% commission
on every deal closed. Average deal value ranges from
2,000 to 10,000 SAR . Allowance : 500 SAR monthly for travel costs (provided after hiring). Tryout Period : 2–3 weeks before official hiring (commission applies, but no allowance during this period). Skills & Qualifications
Language : High proficiency in
English with some Arabic , OR High proficiency in
Arabic with some English , OR Fluency in both is a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. No prior sales experience is required — training will be provided. (Experience in sales is valued if available.) Self-driven, motivated, and willing to work on a commission-based structure.
