Strategy Manager - Retail | Saudi Arabia

The Strategy Manager , will support the development, analysis, and execution of the company’s corporate strategy. The Strategy Manager works closely with senior leadership to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans, drive strategic initiatives, and support organizational development and transformation activities across the business.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves :

• Support corporate strategy development through research, analysis, and preparation of strategic reports.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and KPIs, and track projects.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Contribute to organizational development by reviewing structures, processes, and workflows.
• Support change management efforts and assist in developing policies and governance documents.
• Manage and coordinate selected strategic projects and prepare dashboards and progress updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and partners to evaluate opportunities and support business cases.
