What You'll Do

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) role empowers customers to achieve their full potential by positioning SAP cloud solutions to address their business challenges and lay a foundation for future success. The key aspects are :

  • Account & Customer Relationship Management

End-to-end account ownership, managing software licenses and cloud subscriptions, and building a trusted customer relationship.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Understand each customer’s technology landscape, goals, and competitive environment.
  • Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management
  • Maintain pipeline management to ensure a healthy, advancing sales funnel.

  • Leverage marketing, inside sales, and partner channels to drive demand and manage opportunities.
  • Utilize SAP’s solution portfolio to address customer needs (industry-specific and LoB solutions).
  • Sales Excellence
  • Conduct White Space analysis to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Orchestrate teams to ensure successful sales outcomes and embody the OneSAP approach.
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP’s competition and position SAP solutions effectively against them.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems.
  • Leading a (Virtual) Account Team
  • Lead remote and cross-functional teams to align with the customer’s strategic objectives.

  • Prepare account teams and partners for customer interactions and maximize value from SAP’s sales ecosystem.
  • What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
  • Preferred location is Riyadh; open to other cities in KSA; candidate must be based in KSA
  • Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments
  • Ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription-based solutions
  • Fluent in Business English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
