The Senior Account Executive (SAE) role empowers customers to achieve their full potential by positioning SAP cloud solutions to address their business challenges and lay a foundation for future success. The key aspects are :
- Account & Customer Relationship Management
End-to-end account ownership, managing software licenses and cloud subscriptions, and building a trusted customer relationship.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth and meet revenue targets.Understand each customer’s technology landscape, goals, and competitive environment.Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity ManagementMaintain pipeline management to ensure a healthy, advancing sales funnel.
Leverage marketing, inside sales, and partner channels to drive demand and manage opportunities.Utilize SAP’s solution portfolio to address customer needs (industry-specific and LoB solutions).Sales ExcellenceConduct White Space analysis to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Orchestrate teams to ensure successful sales outcomes and embody the OneSAP approach.Maintain knowledge of SAP’s competition and position SAP solutions effectively against them.Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems.Leading a (Virtual) Account TeamLead remote and cross-functional teams to align with the customer’s strategic objectives.
Prepare account teams and partners for customer interactions and maximize value from SAP’s sales ecosystem.What You Bring
7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutionsPreferred location is Riyadh; open to other cities in KSA; candidate must be based in KSAProven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environmentsAbility to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, competitive marketStrong negotiation skills with experience in renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription-based solutionsFluent in Business English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plusSoft Skills
