Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Development (Internal Audit) to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit processes related to the development projects within the company. Your expertise will support our commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal audit function for development projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Design and implement audit plans and methodologies to assess risks associated with development projects.
• Conduct thorough audits, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and controls.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and departmental heads to facilitate audit processes and ensure effective implementation of recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing and real estate development.
• Mentor and guide junior auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the audit team.
