Job descriptionإعداد وتنظيم محطة الكاشير في بداية ونهاية كل وردية، والتحقق من رصيد النقدية المبدئي. إصدار الفواتير بدقة وتوضيح تفاصيلها للعملاء. استلام ومعالجة المدفوعات بكافة أنواعها (نقد، بطاقات ائتمانية / مدى، كوبونات / قسائم) بدقة وسرعة. تسوية وإغلاق الوردية (Shift Closure) بمراجعة دقيقة لإجمالي المبيعات، ومطابقة النقدية مع التقارير، والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات للمشرف المسؤول. التعامل مع عمليات استبدال أو استرجاع المبالغ وفقاً لسياسات الشركة. الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل، الطاولات، ومحطة الكاشير في جميع الأوقات. المساعدة في تجهيز وتنسيق الطاولات والمعدات قبل وبعد الخدمة. التواصل الفعال مع فريق المطبخ وباقي فريق الخدمة لضمان سرعة وجودة الأداء. الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مشاكل تشغيلية، أعطال في المعدات، أو نقص في المخزون للمشرف. الخبرة : خبرة سابقة (يفضل أن تكون سنتان على الأقل) في وظيفة كابتن صالة أو مقدم طعام و / أو كاشير في قطاع الأطعمة والمشروبات (المطاعم / الكافيهات). المهارات الحسابية : مهارة ممتازة في التعامل مع الأرقام والمعاملات النقدية والرياضيات الأساسية. التعامل مع الأنظمة : إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والمعدات المتعلقة بها. مهارات التواصل : لباقة عالية، مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتعامل مع مختلف الشخصيات وحل الشكاوى بفعالية. الصفات الشخصية : مظهر لائق، انضباط في المواعيد، القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط، والعمل بروح الفريق. الموقع : القدرة على العمل في حي السفارات بالرياض.

الهدف من الوظيفة :
ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وفعالة للضيوف، مع إتمام جميع المعاملات المالية بدقة ومهنية، والمساهمة في التشغيل السلس والمنظم للخدمة في جميع الأوقات.
1. خدمة الضيوف وتقديم الطعام :
- الترحيب بالضيوف وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات المناسبة بأسلوب لبق واحترافي.
- تقديم قائمة الطعام والمشروبات وشرح الأصناف والمكونات بشكل وافٍ، واقتراح الأطباق والعروض الخاصة لتعزيز تجربة الضيف وزيادة المبيعات.
- أخذ وتسجيل الطلبات بدقة على نظام نقاط البيع (POS) وإيصالها إلى المطبخ / قسم التحضير في الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات للضيوف بالمعايير المطلوبة وضمان مطابقتها للطلبات.
- متابعة رضا الضيوف والاستجابة لاحتياجاتهم وطلباتهم الإضافية خلال فترة تواجدهم.
