About the location AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to diverse natural environments. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms and suites, villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, with a luxury spa and extensive wellness and fitness offerings. The property will include The Organic Spa Garden and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course, among other amenities.

About the role As a Barista, you will craft and serve high-quality coffee and beverage creations while delivering warm, personalized service. You will be an ambassador of the café experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and consistent product quality.

What you will do

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to brand standards.

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and make menu suggestions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work area.

Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of food and beverage supplies.

Support with stock control, replenishment, and daily operational needs.

Anticipate guest preferences and handle requests or concerns with professionalism.

What you bring

Previous barista or café experience preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage service standards.

Passion for hospitality with a guest-focused mindset.

Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with attention to detail and a polished presentation.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
