Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Heritage Impact Assessments (HIAs) and related heritage management studies in alignment with UNESCO, ICOMOS, and regional regulatory frameworks .
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with government agencies, developers, and community stakeholders to develop heritage management strategies that support sustainable development.
• Integrate cultural heritage into Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) and other planning processes.
• Provide technical leadership, review, and quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capacity building within project teams and local partners.
