We are seeking a
Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist
to manage, optimize, and scale our marketing campaigns through automation and CRM systems. You will streamline workflows, nurture leads, and ensure data-driven communication that drives engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
Oversee CRM management, ensuring accurate segmentation, lead tracking, and customer data integrity.
Design, execute, and optimize personalized campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and automation efficiency.
Stay updated on automation trends, CRM best practices, and new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or digital campaign execution.
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Bonus Points
Experience with multi‑channel marketing automation (SMS, push notifications, social).
Knowledge of A / B testing, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with integrations between CRM, analytics, and marketing tools.
