Reporting to : General Manager / Sales Head Essential Functions and Responsibilities Business Development and Strategy Market Analysis :
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes. Strategic Planning :
Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company’s long-term growth and revenue goals. Partnerships :
Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities. Lead Generation :
Implement and manage robust lead generation strategies to create a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. Proposal Development :
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate the company\'s value proposition to potential clients and partners. Sales and Revenue Generation Pipeline Management :
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing. Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients and key stakeholders. Target Achievement :
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets (quotas / KPIs). Reporting :
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management review. Marketing Alignment :
Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging. Product Feedback :
Collaborate with the Product / Service team to relay market feedback and client needs to inform product development and improvement. Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s / MBA is a plus). Proven track record
of 5+ years in a sales, business development, or related customer-facing role, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets. Experience with
CRM software
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing the sales pipeline and reporting. Key Skills and Competencies Exceptional Communication :
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders. Arabic Speaker Negotiation Skills :
Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals. Strategic Thinking :
Capacity to analyze complex market data and develop executable, long-term growth strategies. Results-Oriented :
A self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed ambitious targets. Business Acumen :
