Overview
Hala is seeking a
proactive and organized Expense Management Assisted Onboarding Specialist
to ensure a seamless experience for businesses adopting
Hala Control . This role focuses on assisting customers in onboarding, resolving setup challenges, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in
expense management, corporate finance, or fintech , with strong operational and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Guide businesses through Hala Control onboarding, ensuring they successfully set up their expense management system. Assist customers in linking their corporate accounts, uploading necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Work closely with the compliance team to validate business KYC and documentation. Support customers in setting up spend controls, team budgets, and card issuance. Ensure seamless integration with Hala payments, accounting tools, and business finance workflows. Maintain a feedback loop with the product and tech teams to address common onboarding challenges and improve the user experience. Update customer onboarding status, issues, and feedback in the CRM system.
