Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law while recruiting Saudi nationals and foreigners, managing visa processes, and preparing employment contracts. Support recruitment processes, assist hiring managers, source candidates, and maintain records while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. Responsible for talent acquisition, job posting, data management, and enhancing candidate experience while utilizing recruitment best practices and HR analytics. Responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies and manpower planning, seeking a graduate with experience in HR and industrial relations. Support end-to-end recruitment, assist in job postings, perform candidate screening, maintain tracking systems, and ensure compliance with Tamheer Program. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment cycles, and engage with candidates while ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. Develop and implement hiring strategies, streamline processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage data for continuous improvement in talent acquisition. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, develop talent pipelines, manage employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in luxury hospitality. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partner with stakeholders, utilize data for hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience. Lead Talent Acquisition operations in Saudi Arabia, focusing on recruitment strategies, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring operational excellence. Partner with Talent Acquisition to define project scope, manage deliverables, and support change management while coordinating stakeholder communication. Lead talent acquisition efforts by building university partnerships, managing recruitment processes, and optimizing onboarding for fresh graduates in a dynamic environment. Develop effective recruiting strategies, manage candidate relationships, and enhance employer branding while ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment practices. Collaborate with hiring managers for job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics. Lead human capital projects, analyze data, provide client recommendations, and ensure efficient project operations with strong recruitment knowledge. Responsible for filling vacant roles, ensuring candidate experience, sourcing candidates, and adhering to recruitment processes while collaborating with hiring managers. Develop and implement hiring strategies, enhance employer branding, manage stakeholder relationships, and utilize data for continuous improvement in talent acquisition. Collect hiring needs, source talent, conduct interviews, maintain recruitment database, execute hiring processes, and develop onboarding materials for effective integration. Seeking B2 licensed engineers with H145 type rating, requiring proven aircraft mechanic experience and relevant licenses for a full-time role. Seeking A+P and avionic instructors for H145 maintenance, requiring diploma, EASA / FAA license, technical writing experience, and instructor qualification. The role requires a licensed Aircraft Mechanic technician with experience in H145 platform, proven training, and type rating certification.
