JOB PURPOSE
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- The co-ordination of leave throughout the department ensuring all training requirements and commitments are met.
- The implementation of Leadership courses, ensuring they are delivered to plan, and that quality is maintained.
- Providing direction and guidance to Leadership Instructors and Support Staff, including professional development, training and PDRs.
- The day-to-day leadership and management of the team delivering the Leadership courses to ensure that all training targets are met.
- The collation, analysis and distribution of delegate / trainee performance results as required by the CMI Moderator.
- Ensuring that all staff are up to date with mandatory training required to fulfil their duties.
- Contributing to the acquisition, allocation, maintenance and use of training resources including textbooks, workbooks, classrooms, laboratories, training devices, and consumables.
- Reviewing Leadership Instructor performance through lesson observations.
- Selecting and developing appropriate course material to match delegate / trainee abilities and requirements.
- Providing regular updates to the LLSM on training performance, trainee discipline and any other issues that require their assistance.
- Ensuring that all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all quality process documentation requirements are implemented and communicated to the TTP Leadership team.
- The Post Holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.
- The Post Holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by their line manager, which aligns with Company business.
RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
Essential
Experience of relevant training delivery to a high standard.Graduate of an advanced military trade school or an industry equivalent.Substantial practical experience in their speciality.Completion of a Military Defence Train the Trainer or UKG approved instructional techniques course (RQF Level 3), or Saudi equivalent.Recent (within last 5 years) instructional experience.Extensive knowledge and experience of varying leadership models, methodologies both theoretical and practical.Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English with a minimum of IELTS 6.0 for non-native English language speakers achieved within the last two years.Demonstrate high levels of cultural sensitivity.Desirable
Knowledge and experience of different teaching methodologies and associated techniques.Knowledge and experience of developing training materials.Experience using interactive media, including e-content, for teaching.Experience of delivering training to a military customer, or a customer in a regulated environment.Leadership and Management qualification (Level 5 or equivalent), or demonstrable experience that evidences the same standard of knowledge and practice.EXPATRIATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
